Since 1971, I have been successfully providing sound financial advice and superior insurance service to clients. I am the president/founder of the firm, New England Consulting Group of Guilford, Inc., where I assist clients in estate, financial and business succession planning, as well as Medicaid planning for retirees. I also provide investments, life insurance, and employee health benefits and pension plans.
In discussing my work philosophy in dealing with my clients, I speak with sincerity:

I have twice received the “National Agent of the Year Award” by Midland National Life, plus Agency Agent of the Year for Equitable Life. Tom is also a life and qualifying member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table, recognized internationally as the standard of excellence in life insurance sales and service. I was also, the President of the New Haven Life Underwriters.
I am also a consistent winner of the "National Quality Award", an award for outstanding service and client retention. I have also been an expert witness on estate and insurance matters. and have attained my CLU from the American College. I also teach continuing education courses for planning professionals and bankers licensed in Connecticut.
My areas of concentration are in estate, business succession, retirement and benefits planning, Medicaid Planning and executive compensation. My clientele consists of high -income, high net-worth individuals, closely held business owners and retirees.
