He has been retained for his expertise by some of North America's largest financial institutions, accounting and legal firms, to provide strategic planning solutions.

Peter is a professional financial writer, with over 306 published articles to his credit. He is the author of the best selling “The Essential Individual Pension Plan Handbook” (Lexisnexis, 2007) and “The TASK - The Trusted Advisor's Survival Kit" (Lexisnexis, 2009).

In 2000, Peter was awarded the prestigious Fellowship of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), recognized as Canada's highest honor in the Canadian financial services industry. In 2008, he was invited as a full member into the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and awarded the TEP designation. He is a professional public speaker who has achieved the Distinguished Toastmaster's (DTM) designation and has taught at several post-secondary institutions in programs that lead to the Certified Financial Planning, Certified General Accountant, Certified Human Resources Professional and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designations. Peter resides in Toronto, Canada and San Diego, CA..

Sousie started her career at one of Canada’s largest financial institutions in sales and customer relations, acquiring the skills to understand client needs and implement key strategies for meeting business goals while maintaining customer satisfaction. For the last 10 years, Sousie has worked for some of Canada’s largest marketing & communications firms, servicing clients from small tech start-ups to international pharmaceutical giants, developing key marketing & communications strategies to bring new products to market and help clients navigate their way through the ever-changing landscape of business marketing and communications. As the marketing manager for one of Canada’s largest privately held home design company’s, Sousie developed a passion for marketing innovative products and ground-breaking ideas that were born in a truly entrepreneur environment.
